friend who wasn’t a guest had entry all night which was weird and i only knew bc i was doing laundry at the time after waiting 20 minutes to even be acknowledged to purchase the soap

gym no pool breakfast center had no milk no orange juice absolutely terrible parking for the hotel

comfortable rooms that easily fit a family with 2+ children, full (small) kitchen that is equipped, free laundry room on the first floor, full breakfast every morning,

able to do an early check in relatively quick for a $30 fee pool available

it was absolutely gorgeous the pool was amazing! me and my family loved our stay there.

the reason i picked this hotel was for breakfast and laundry and neither of those things were available

the electric shuttle is so convenient and free, no need to try and find parking for other venues in chattanooga

nice as i had been driving for 8 hours straight and they were able to accommodate and early check in

specifically chose this hotel for the pool to entertain the kids, and the higher end amenities to offer my sister a nice break from her usually hectic life

the sofa sleeper mattress was too thin. it wasn't comfortable. the kids wouldn't sleep on it.

i asked the front desk and was told they didn't have anymore because housekeeping didn't do laundry but wasn't sure

very accommodating, they let us do early check in and always asked if we needed anything

the hotel has a lot of amenities- gym, small pool, jacuzzi and we made good use of these in our short stay

the pool was open and fun for kids

also, there was no outside pool only indoor and the kids didn t enjoy it as much

daily room service because of covid
