early check in

no pool. needed more breakfast items.

breakfast was delicious

the breakfast was better than most hotels we have frequented

breakfast adequate. toaster worked!

front desk person was good. allowed very early check in and the tom’s are super clean

the breakfast option is also excellent

toilet handle was broken, the breakfast was not great, coffee terrible, the pet fee $20 per pet per night was high

it was so clean. the breakfast was delicious. the staff was so nice.

asked for and received and early check in because of an early flight

often travel with work, hotel was able to accommodate my early check in and my late departure

the pool is still closed

he opened the pool at 11 pm so we could wind down after long drive

clean rooms and warm pool.

the front office was amazing helping us to our room for an early check in without us asking so we could spend the day out and not have to come back early

the pool area as gym was nice also and the breakfast wasn’t bad either

breakfast offered and enjoyable, pool looked excellent and the family were able to wear the little one out

the breakfast was good with waffles and bacon

no surprise in pet fee. and the fee was excessive.

arrived early and requested early checkin but she suddenly told me after returning that that i could pay 35

were sooo nice, everything was exceptionally clean, pool and gym were nice, and the location is right off 95

parents who allow their children unsupervised in the gym.

as soon as a room was available we were allowed an early check

they were very accommodating with the shuttle ride from the airport and early check in

no guest laundry facility

maintenance seemed lacking gym clock was incorrect our entire stay and common areas seemed neglected

so most stuff is unavailable like the gym for example

they allowed me to have an early check in at the last minute

great breakfast options and wonderful staff

the gym was adequate

the pool kept the kids busy while we worked out so win win

more variety of breakfast needed , seating area was small

the complimentary breakfast was great and the kitchen staff was very warm
