early check in

thanks for the early check in i appricate it

i did not use the pool or the have the breakfast

my kids loved the pool especially because it was heated

breakfast was good

i think breakfast should of had a little bit more variety

they aren’t rude about early check in and just overall good energy

we had a kitchenette and a full size fridge that allowed us to cook meals instead of having to go out to eat

i liked that the pet fee was very reasonable

full kitchen, but no kitchen essentials provided. they did sell kitchen supplies, though.

it has a kitchen with a flat top sink and fridge if you planned to stay extended periods

accommodated us for early check in as we had been driving all night

the breakfast was great! my kids were totally excited to eat each morning.

clean and quiet property. the pool was perfect temperature and very clean.

not a single place in the shower for a bar of soap or bottle of shampoo to sit, so you had to put everything on the back of the toilet or

loved the airport shuttle, clean rooms, friendly staff, and the ice water right by the elevator was a nice touch

the shuttle service was dependable and on time to and from the airport

gym and pool were open with reservation times, rooms were clean and comfortable

laundry room without machine that gives quarters and the front desk will not give change, as it is

the provided towels were sparse and i had to exchange my own with the laundry room, there was no housekeeping for a full one week stay, except on the last day i got some

ease of very early check in and accommodating it was awesome.

the pool was a nice size and indoor for the kids to play in regardless of weather of time

the lobby, pool, gym, and laundry facilities are clean and sparkling

great breakfast and shuttle to airport. room was clean and big. staff was very helpful.

i was expecting gym to be more than functional, there is no leg workout machine, pull up bars or smith machine

staff was awesome & kind, able to grant my request for early check in & late check out

she helped me with an early check in, remembered my name, was fast and helpful with any reuqest i had and she even let me

gym did not refill the wipes to wipe the machines down after usage even after i told them wed-sun

happy hour in bar was not busy; didn't seem very

bathroom was out of body wash, someone else’s bar of used soap was left in the shower

staff allowed us to have an early check in and kept our bags for us when checking out

we got there for early check in and they were nice enough to hold onto our bags for when we returned

very quiet - seemed almost empty. fitness center was better than expected

kids wished there was a pool and i thought how the room was set up with the bathroom was a little

complimentary breakfast had lots of options and staff were attentive to refill when things were getting low
