little tip - plan a day without activities because the pool is very quiet in the mornings as everyone is away on tours and it's great to have it to

some hotel areas like the gym and kids room looked like they have not been or cleaned in ages
stunning location, food was very good, decent little gym
breakfast was hot and made to order just as we liked it
always wanted to come back to the hotel as early as possible so we could spend more time at the pool, or jacuzzi, at the restaurant or at the bar

we came to hotel an hour early - they gave us early check in

the staff was accommodating with early check in and check out as well as other requests, willingness to help
during breakfast, you get an amazing view as well of the arenal volcano
very comfy bed, beautiful outdoor pool, hotel well located close to the volcano, very good breakfast
excellent spa services
two extra beds for our two kids were perfect

they were very accommodating with early check in
perfect for anyone who doesn't have a vehicle, but there is plenty of parking for those who do
unlimited coffee, exceptional breakfast and restaurant area, relaxing pond/hammock area, great wifi everywhere
no spa or heated pool
we ran into an issue with a parking ticket and they went over and above to help us out
