accommodated the fact it was a birthday surprise weekend and gave us a free bottle of cava and an early check in

the food choices at breakfast and dinner were also excellent, everyone was catered for and again the restaurant staff

service is impeccable but very personal, real people interacting with real people, the pool area and the views are spectacular, and breakfast overlooking the sea

we enquired about early check in when we arrived too early and they allowed us to check in once our room was ready

breakfast in the morning was very varied and lovely

pool could be a bit deeper and bigger but we had teenagers so for small kids it would be ideal

arrival we were greeted by a very friendly man (sorry i cant remember his name) who gave us an early check in which was great as we had been traveling since 4am - we got a knock on our door a

bar by pool was open and very nice and having the separate pools was also a great bonus if you want

the team facilitated an early check in and we enjoyed local treats and coffees (all complimentary) while our rooms were

view of the sea from the garden, pool and loungers make it a peaceful place to chill

-we did not have time to enjoy the little pool and garden, so we will definitely have to come

something for everyone the pools were great and plenty of sun loungers around them also a pool bar with plenty there for all ages, the entertainment in the bar was good and somthing different

about chefs, there was an algerian one that was very kind and another one in the morning for breakfast who went out of his way to make mum mum and i some pancakes in a different pan since

resort in the canary islands or indeed spain itself that doesn't offer cava in the bars, only at breakfast

early check in and rooms were clean. very pleasant staff.

location - the beach and beach is amazing. helpful and lovely staff. early check in.
