they gave me an early check in and late checkout without me asking and were so helpful

the buffet was acceptable, the drinks were great with name brand liquor, the pools were clean and pool service was exceptional

room service was delicious and fast

had to wait for not more then 20/30 minutes to get a table) - good choice of food for breakfast and at the beach bar - enough parking lots - good wi fi signal - more then enough tv

needed a place to stay near the airport due to covid testing and an early flight the next day

gym is fantastic, lots of new equipment

to public transport, very friendly staff, flexibility of location giving us the possibility of early check

i requested a room with king bed, balcony and early check in and all requests were granted, with no issues

about our stay at the westin resort and spa was wonderful

food was horrible, room service came wrong and the pools were always crowded with kids

the front desk was rude and they didn t have our room ready but charged me 150 extra for early check

to cancun many times with our 6 kids and have always had great experiences

this time the breakfast wasn t nearly as optional, as well as there not being as many exotic dinner options as

not much entertainment,the quiet pool had kids.front desk not friendly.

also spent tons of money at the spa
