location, lush garden/swimming pool, clean rooms

more adapted for families with kids

large with living/dining room, small kitchen, large separate bedroom, and nice bathroom

it was amazing with it's own plunge pool, 2 balconies & an outside kitchen

the moment we arrived, they accepted my request of doing an early check in and to our surprise, the manager gave us a better room than what i had booked

pool is in courtyard and becomes like an echo chamber. allows children

worse yet, parents/adults were there but paid no mind and could care less about other guests

hotel is very nice, friendly staff, clean pool, nice ocean view, rooftop bar at sunset was chill, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, steps from the beach

the pool pump is on a timer and i think earlier in the day would be better

construction noises could be heard on occasion but not too early or late we booked the private pool room which was lovely but it could have been cleaner or maybe have a net that can be used

they accommodated with a very early check in as well
