location was great, front desk staff was polite and accommodating to our early check in request.

i wish the inside pool was warmer

evening desk person tried to fix wifi and upgraded me when tech support didn't help

air in room didn’t work, when we complained and told them we had kids in the room all the said was “we will send a fan to your room” and they never sent it

i landed early in the morning and sent an email request for early check in, they not only allowed it but

ask for early check in and a late checkout and we got both plus more than we asked for

the gym was spacious and equipped with everything needed for my workout routine

gym is nice and i am happy there was a balcony connected to my room

bistro and bar were closed because of covid

they even accommodated our family (3 rooms) with an early check in

beds were horrible and sqeeky. guest laundry washer barely worked and it leaked bad.

the breakfast was poor even by hotel breakfast standards.

no liners in trashcans,and gravy at breakfast was not very good.
