washers and dryers need to be upgraded, 3 hours for two light loads of laundry.
no dish soap for cleaning dishes and kitchen light didn't work but no biggies for us.

gentleman at desk was just lovely and very helpful, allowing us an early check in for elderly parents

everything was very clean. the staff was flexible and allowed us for an early check in.
they were so accommodating with early check in and late check out

i was able to early check in before the room was ready so i could go to my family reunion
arrived early after a night flight and the staff really went out of their way to facilitate an early check
the kitchen was well equipped, so we could prepare our own food
metal kitchen sink in the bathroom is weird
it was nice to have a kitchen and a medium-sized refrigerator

gym was not really 24/7, at 4 am the nice person at reception had to open the gym for me
new, beautiful, clean, perfectly located hotel, with amazing pool / hot tub and even a roof deck
staff was amazing, hotel is clean and breakfast had healthy options.

they got us an early check in since we had a formal wedding to attend mid afternoon and needed to get ready
the casino was fun and the bar at the casino made great drinks
i love the way the fry bread tasted, and i like the bourbon bar staff
won a bit in the casino too
the casino was smaller than i expected.
