it said breakfast included it was not satisfactory at all

they advertised free breakfast but it was just a grab and go

pool so if your room isn't close to the pool going to the bathroom might be difficult for younger kids

my kids loved the pool and i've never seen such a clean pool in a hotel that was a plus

$30 early check in and they decided to charge my card the next day for a whole other night

flexibility provided for early check in and providing a refrigerator at no extra charge upon request

this was such a nice place to stay and soo clean. the breakfast was awesome as well.

we were there to meet my family==most of whom i had never met( i am 73=my sister is 86 ) and her kids i never met either so it was a fun meeting until we left to go back to the airport

no pool! both pool & jacuzzi out of order.

asked for clean towels, laundry bags and clean linens in the morning and had to call 4 times to not get them till late that

wasn't always available racquetball court or gym was closed

that said, it would have been even better if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast
