we arrived at around 1 and they allowed us early check in

pool and the whole resort looked nice and exotic

also the kitchen has all appliances you need in case you want to prepare some food

this should be a place to relax in the morning with your breakfast, coffee or just relax by the pool, at that hour there are not many party

nice restaurant on site with lovely breakfast

they allowed us to do early check in so we appreciated it a lot and also to park the car

swimming pool is lovely

they don't seem to do early check in but they will keep your bag and allow you to use the pool so if you'll arrive before

location - close to ado station, close to 5th ave, quiet, clean, slept well, wifi good enough

in was quick and got an early check in

the location, staff, great rooftop pool. modern, spacious rooms. get off of 5th

roof top pool was great, the restaurant downstairs was great and so was breakfast.

the roof pool & bar with a view to playa del carmen’s 5th avenue, is exceptional experience

truly wonderful hotel, very excited to come back when the spa is completed

went there for early check in but no one there

very nice pool quiet good apartment perfect with kids

we didn't have time to use the pool but it looked very clean

lying by the pool every night was such a pleasure
