friendly check in staff - we have been granted complimentary early check in - though all procedures at check in are quite complicated and long nice beach nice

the music at the pools was too loud and not a relaxing vibe

kids was a big reason we chose this property, also it was a good deal, we also enjoyed the beach

locked out of room last day when i had breakfast and went back to get my luggage

the food was clearly just taken from breakfast and then put under lamps to be eaten off of all day

the rooms were big and had everything you might need (kitchen area, tv and lounge, huge beds) (+)pool, location, people and the room amenities (kitchen, coffee, little table and chairs) (+) we caught some mahi mahi, and they cooked it for us in the kitchen (+)kitchen well equipped, covered patio, staff were tremendous (+) the condo we stayed in was spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate (+) rooms were large and well appointed with a small kitchen, coffee maker, microwave (+) junior suite had a mini kitchen with sink, microwave, fridge, and dishes (+) the night watchman got it from the kitchen and gave it to us as we departed at 5:00 am (+)large apartment with endless king-size bed, big bathroom with walk-in shower, fully equiped kitchen with fridge & deep freezer, terrace for seating outside and round table for indoor seating,

excellent breakfast included and easy parking

i like that room service did not come to your room unless you requested it

the wifi was a little weak, otherwise all great.
