they even allowed us to do an early check in without any issues

we got an early check in.

pool was a nice bonus

breakfast should have more choices it was a little limited.

carpet was soiled, elevator did not work, window was broken, sink was clogged, tv was very slow, wifi was not good, hallway smelled horrible like marijuana

i was able to get an early check in and the top floor as i requested

we were getting a king size bed which we did not and we also thought we were getting a full kitchen which we did not

no pool amenities

excellent and unexpected extras for the breakfast bar which was complimentary-awesome

room was very clean, the spa tub was amazing, we had a fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, keurig, small table with two chairs and the room was spacious

these people were willing to accommodate us-before our reservation time- for early check in in order to get dressed (including ironing clothes after a long trip), and ready

the breakfast was a 10 out of 10 too

it was colder than lake and the breakfast i wish it had scrambled eggs and plain orange

didn't use the gym but it looked nice

clean and great breakfast

were able to be made for early check in

were put in a room right across from the elevators and the laundry room and all we heard all night was the dinging of the elevator door every 3 minutes and

was able to use laundry facilities

laundry soap was not available making a trip necessary to purchase

hard beds. no coin machine in laundry room

we arrived early and the person at the desk found us a

ightly smaller) room for early check in

early check in and check out, great rooms , great service, great front desk and noticed they

beds were very comfortable (at least mine was), the short walk to breakfast was welcomed after longer walks the night before

it was delicious the next morning on the shuttle
