room service was nonexistent, staff was not at all attentive and in some instances rude.

i liked the location, stuff are nice, no room service though

i asked for an early check in and they had our room ready 3 hours before regular check in with no addition cost

the only thing that could have made it better is coffee creamer in the kitchen :)

rooms are set up as mini apartments and have nice kitchen with lots of necessities

the room was awesome the spa tub was amazing

all kitchen facilities in a convenient arrangement

they accommodated my request for an early check in.

called three times for early check in which was not available and that's fine, but when i showed up at 3

indoor pool and jacuzzi was an unexpected added bonus
