i was able to do early check in and the room was comfortable and clean

the loose track randomly at the pool/ not a huge deal but they need more trash cans around or someone doing walk through

other guest smoking in the building, not having laundry equipment at the main resort building

laundry facilities were available at a fair cost

the arcade the bowling the food the bar were all spot on

the kind staff allowed an early check in, which is always wonderful after a day of travel

the gentleman at the front desk was courtesy, the breakfast attendees were pleasurable and the laundry attendee was also nice

i'm scared of heights so balcony was off limits for me. my kids enjoyed it tho

the rates were reasonable as was the pet fee.

the beds were comfy, the room was huge, the kitchenette was great and the breakfast was a huge hit every morning
