i really enjoyed the ability for an early check in

great location, clean, new and fresh accommodations, pool area clean and appealing with lots of plants, lounge spacious, gym equipment great

also a great gym on site, and the pool is heated

we liked that it had a little kitchen you could cook for yourself in if you wanted to

knee surgery and my husband had the als disease… she was so kind and getting us a room for an early check in, and assisted us through the weekend to make sure that our 18th wedding anniversary

delicious. bar was slow with mimosas and bloody.

the rooftop bar and pool were beautiful with an amazing view, it felt like you were in some upscale la place

from my early check in and check out process she was extremely efficient

hotel was very old fashioned,lack of security cameras,dryers in laundry facilities was broken,homeless people lingering around the property daily

we arrived from our trip 2 hours early and the hotel wanted to charge us $22 for an early check in, luckily we decided to wait

very clean, which is my highest priority when booking, and we were able to have an early check in, which we appreciated as we were in between stops

she went out of her way to assist us with an early check in time and helped us change our reservation thru booking

it looked like they came up as a whole party of kids and adults and they were very loud and banging on walls

i had to wake up my kids to go to lobby

the very worst was the on the day of arrival, a blind completely dismantled on my arm, at the gym

breakfast was not as appetizing as photos on website

they even arranged an early check in, being we came in on such an early flight

super pool and restaurant, friendly staff, especially at the concierge desk

it is catered to more of the older generation and not many kids

it was terrifying the first 2 days the lady that runs the pool is a drill sargent and is against kids and adults having a good time

the tiki bar is my favorite place because of the great service and food

gym was a bit sparse in a tiny room, but we managed to eke out a workout.

no room service cafe is sometimes open but no air conditioning in lobby

arrival, but front desk offered to hold my bags and reach out as soon as a room was available for early check in

there were kids/ teens running the hallway at 2:00am and woke up both myself and my wife

the room is amazing. pool is awesome. entire hotel is phenomenal

kids liked pool ,close to fishing spots

the breakfast was good. i love the variety of juice. muffins was tasty
