nice receptionist who let us have an early check in at 8am

we were allowed an early check in that was

arrived early and the staff was really welcoming offering us an early check in

we could check in very early in the morning, before 7 am as we travelled by night bus to palenque

we could do a early check in at 8 am after our night bus journey

the staff was wonderful, and the pool was nice. the hotel is located in a nice part of town.

the new room was quite large, a little old but still clean, wifi was working most of the time

loved the showers, i felt like i was in a spa after the basic showers which are quite typically cold ones

did our laundry on site

rooms were very clean, comfortable twin beds, lovely staff, laundry also available for a cheap

thank you for the early check in that saved our day totally

staff are very very good, and the laundry service is efficient and cheap, would stay here again, no question

nice comfortable room, the pool was great for kids to mess around in

the swimming pool is nice

great pool area, and the restaurant has amazing food at very reasonable prices

lockers available for luggage storage if needed, but we were allowed early check in here at no extra cost

the pool is great fun
