had to do a digital video teams call for work and was unable to do because of insufficient wifi speeds, improvement to the download speed would be a good idea as it was only 1

also room service didn t arrive at my room after explaining that i had an issue with the tv

we wanted early check in time due to attending wedding ,hotel accommodated without any fuss at all

twin room, was perfect for our group of friends, the bar area and staff were great.

weather was extremely hot we can't sleep or stay in the room during in or out the hotel and my kids wasn't comfortable at all but we have no choice

sewer smell everything u flush toilet hotel was like a building site not safe for kids

breakfast was not bad (simply breakfast)but kids have no choice!!! location good.

was a suite - meaning we had a bedroom with en-suite and a separate lounge / kitchen area

we had a nice big bedroom an ensuite and an adjacent room with a small kitchen (sink, fridge, cabinet with glasses and cups), tea, coffee, kettle milk

great location, verandas to sit out on. roomy kitchenette/ lounge area

this place the fact it has everything under one roof the spa facilities are amazing

i especially liked the view of the outdoor pool from my window and how the window was facing the position of the sun rise

is excellent and close to the harbour/shops/pubs/places of interest/tourist spots/local transport early check in my wife and i arrived at the hotel early (approx 13 (+)was amazing and so accommodating, we dropped our bags before our check in time and requested an early check in and later check out, it was worth every penny we could enjoy the trip so much more (+)early check in

about my stay was exceptional - early check in and even gave me a lift to the station so i did not miss my train

we were to be offered it, the cottage has absolutely everything you could need, fully fitted kitchen, all mod cons, comfy bed, ensuite, a real home from home, i don't want to leave

kitchen was great - a range, belfast sink, and really well equipped - the only self catering place

we live in paignton but love babackmbe and any opportunities we have someone to look after the kids would absolutely wish to choose

very clean rooms. they were able to accommodate our extra requests of an early check in time.
