kids loved the pool

that the hot breakfast isn't being served when other places still are but they did offer some to go items

clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the staff made sure nothing ran out

i went to the website and didn't see an early check in fee

only complaint is the gym was under construction. other than that the stay was fine

very well-designed layout of the area and great location next to the crater (with hot spring) and golf course

had a sofa bed - however when we checked in there was only one bed set up and nothing for the kids to sleep

however i was a little disappointed because i read about the crater and golf being included in the price and it wasnt
