the hotel gave us an early check in when we arrived a bit early and the staff was very pleasant

both liked that the extra parking across the street and the breakfast was very good

the gym could use a little updating but my overall experience was wonderful

the pools, lazy river, elevator (only one) on site parking, breakfast area, even the kitchenette area in room are tight

myra, the kitchen attendant, was beyond excellent

i also loved that they offered early check in for a small

location and early check in

i was offered early check in but i couldn’t get there until after 6…

they also didn’t offer an early check in but we did pay for the late stay

i was driving around in the heat and they were nice enough to give us a early check in

hotels fault but it was upsetting that we had to smell that all day into the night to include our kids smelling it

had to do laundry and price was good

checkout process was ridiculous especially with no early check in when u have a vip group come in

for a hotel that is “pet friendly” we got a lot of complaints about our dogs being here

i arrived early and called from the airport for an early check in and it was honored hours before check-in

breakfast was better then most, my picky eater daughter had many options

my daughters and their friends enjoyed the pool
