staff was very friendly and accommodating even gave us an early check in

very little flexibility, which is totally ok but unlike other hotels in the area that might allow early check in

we were promised an early check in but we were told check in and room assignments were not the same

for example i read one of the restaurants offered room service but i never saw a menu

full kitchen with silver wear and cooking utensils as well as a laundry unit

we were very early in aruba so we went to the hotel and ask for a early check in and this was possible

breakfast was about the same everyday

also when leaving we wanted to have a late check out and this was also possible

were exceptional especially yohanna at breakfast

excellent location. amazing friendly and helpful staff. breakfast was terrific.
