needed an early check in which they kindly accomodated, though i was given a room with 3 single beds instead

also can't beat november sitting out in the hot tub looking at newry and the plunge pool

excellent spa & gym facilities bedrooms where spotless & comfy beds food was excellent

just had trouble logging onto the guest wifi but it wasn t a big issue

was lots of kids at the pool which is fine but should not be in the jacuzzi

staff are lovely and very accommodating, went above and beyond for us, upgrading to ensure early check in

the food was excellent especially the seafood chowder and the bar and restaurant staff were great

we offered the kids the choice of a pizza restaurant the second night, but they wanted to eat at flagstaff again,

room service was great

i enjoyed my stay but it was disappointing at the lack of room service during the week days

hotel was superb, allowed early check in due to family event, food and drink superb value for money and quality

more than helpful and reception staff were accommodating and helped us with a late check out and early check in
