we arrived a little bit early and there was no problem with an early check in

bottle opener to enjoy the mead we had just bought in our room they said they only had one at the bar so they could open our bottle if we brought it down but couldn't lend it to us
when we asked for a late check out it was no problem at all.

early check in and late check out allowed us to maximize time in the mineral pool
food for the room service was cold and not very good, the bathroom was pretty small and was way to hot in the
small bar fridge on the floor. it should be on a table for easier access
the pool spa experience was wonderful and the gentlemen enjoyed the casino and won some big money
we sat at the bar in the lounge and the bartender was really friendly

i called about 2 pm because we were running early and asked if it was possible for an early check in

there were lots of empty parking spots
vending machines were broken , pool and hot tub closed , restaurant was closed , bar was closed staff was locked out was like crossing the line during a strike to get out

front desk staff took the time to coordinate with the cleaners to ensure we could have early check in since we were in the city for a volleyball tournament and would be at the military
only the room clean, friendly staff, good location, good price, they also have a very nice hot breakfast ready in the morning to enjoy
she went the extra mile of switching my kids and i to a room with a little nicer of a view without me even asking
great having a laundry available to do our washing and drying when travelling

we were able to get an early check in after things were cleared up
i was very pleased when they accommodated our early check in after a long trip

in town for a sports tournament, the hotel was booked solid but the team was able to get us an early check in so we had time to relax before the first game
the amenities fitness room and pool were great to have
