the room was ready for us when i called for an early check in, breakfast was good (average complimentary hotel breakfast) coffee was on and hot

thought the fact that the lady was trying to charge 45 dollars for early check in when a room was available

the pool was open til 10 pm, the fitness room 24 hrs, laundry room as well

out asked me for pet fee but i had asked before and when i checked in they said no pet

the washing machine was broken when i needed to do a load. no breakfast due to covid

she was able to accommodate an early check in for us so we could make it to a wedding in time

pool, easy access to the location (near the interstate)

tv was not good couldn't get anything good disney was not coming in very good n the kids was very upset

i had messed up the reservation date and they were able to accommodate me and also get me early check in since i was in a wedding

room and roof-top event for watching fireworks over the mississippi that included an open bar and buffet were top-notch

rooftop bar was great had live music the night we stayed

the room was comfortable and amazing, the lobby was our favorite spot, and the pool was the girls favorite
