the staff were pleasant and friendly and allowed early check in at no extra cost

pool water was ice cold

hotel we have stayed at since covid that had a hot breakfast & pool/hottub were open

here are 2 thoughts: would love it if the breakfast went later (like 10) instead of 9

breakfast was good and had several options but if you want the eggs, sausage links, biscuits and

breakfast. early check in

noisy kids in the pool/slide area. consistently wet hallway floors and elevators.

the kids couldn't use the big slide

i didnt like the kids running around down the halls and above my room.

swimming pool was nice and area was clean, nicely maintained
