a reservation for saturday february 27th and needed an early check-in

breakfast was included. very friendly helpful staff

spacious rooms, scones were wonderful at breakfast and pot of oatmeal with fixings was a plus!

missed hot breakfast however understand due to covid-19

we loved breakfast and even with the location being under construction it still was clean and a lovely

they allowed me early check in which was invaluable for me that day

the pool temperature was cold for an indoor pool.

kids enjoyed the fitness room

the pool was also clean

and large rooms, with plenty of facilities, heated pool, small gym, well cooled

the assistant manager gave us an early check in which made our arrival much smoother for my kids

we were able to get a late check out. beds were comfortable. staff was friendly.

breakfast was so-so

the gym facilities were also a bit out dated and basic

improve quality of the breakfast

staff, good breakfast, very comfortable beds , very clean , good location

also a lot of the gym equipment is broken and the pool is closed
