thanks to my girl carla( who i never got to meet) for my early check in and excellent room with an (+) the staff was friendly helped with issues effectively and immediately even helped me with an early check in which was much needed

something happened with the room service on the last day of my stay

rooftop pool was great for the kids, the nightly activities were nice!

the 2nd night was horrible music booming until 6 am i had to deal with kids screaming in the hallways

arrived early and staff accommodated an early check in

i had requested an early check in and they did not disappoint

flight arrived on 5 am morning and the receptionist kindly to help us for early check in service, so that we can take a rest and shower

too much chlorine in the pool would be my only suggestion. other then that all was excellent

we all enjoyed the breakfast (diverse selection) and my son really enjoyed the small pool

like it they were not serving breakfast as this was included in my package the gym was not open to guess which was included in my package the pool was not open for my children
