staff were very helpful and accommodating allowing early check in and room upgrade

was dark, with drab furniture, uncomfortable bed, a bathroom which needs a total refit and a mini bar with a nasty stain in the bottom

lots of kids and families out enjoying the area, but hotel was quiet and comfortable

early check in was great. pool area beautiful and beach access was excellent.
