they accommodated my request for an early check in.

i asked for an early check in and they had our room ready 3 hours before regular check in with no addition cost

the only thing that could have made it better is coffee creamer in the kitchen :)

use of spa tub fill up was frustrating due to lack of above average heat of water ( or even average ) you

fireplace in the room, spa tub, very comfortable bed

allowed both a early check in and late checkout which we really appreciate due to sledding with 6 kids

fitness center out of service..didn t clean my room, floors were dirty

wifi was slow and we could not always receive messages from our other family staying elsewhere

getting a little dated but nice - wifi was not possible to get on - password did not work

only thing i didn t like was that room service didn t give us coffee the 2 night

everything except early check in charge which i declined the mirror in the bathroom was so high i couldnt put makeup

pool jacuzzi staff and breakfast

it’s comfortable. nice location. neat. indoor heated pool and hot spa for relaxation.
