they try to be as accommodating as possible with early check in and let us park in the free parking area before our room was ready

the rooms were really clean and i liked that there was a small kitchen / living area

you enter into a small kitchen area then there is a clear sliding door on the right that is a bathroom

no paper towels on the holder at the kitchen sink

i was able to get a super early check in without any additional charges

very clean, easy to get to location, whirlpool and pool were what we needed.

my kids all had options of what they liked

the pool wasn't open 24hours. would have liked to get in after the kids went to bed.

oh, and the pool is clean and the kids love it

toilet was very low and there was no bar yo help me get up

not clean in the rooms i got switched to another room and the same results in the new room so my kids were not happy and plus the carpet we so dirty and stained

breakfast cost 15 if your not a gold or silver member, this was very disappointing and offensive

pool was closed (broken pump and green) and we had planned on using it with our kids

i was allowed an early check in plus they had coffee making facilities in the room.

i had a late night check in and he was very helpful

hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, continental breakfast was great!

more parking lot was full most of the time the gym needs upgrading and repaired if not

i saw kids everywhere

i got there way too early, she recommended a place to go have lunch while arranging a possible early check in for me

check in is a negative even if you request an early check in, they cant guarentee it

been able to get early check in and outs with no problems or fees

much better than average complimentary breakfast as well
