i called to see if we could check in early, only 2 of our 3 rooms were ready for early check in and 1 of them was on another floor

loved the pool and they even have iron and ironing board in the room

clean, comfy, and quiet. breakfast was good as well

staff is excellent, there is breakfast available, the room was perfect for our family, and this is a return visit to hotel

the breakfast was better than your average hotel breakfast

i normally do not ask for early check in but this time i had too

room is not as clean as it should be and the carpet/cabinets/furnishings all in great need of repair

i went down for breakfast, later that evening i was there for the murder mystery dinner and the wait staff

we was there for fathers funeral, not to get screwed over in a place that has a bar in it

server in the bar and restruant got our food and drinks wrong and then insulted a member of our group

had to check out after i pay for a early check in fee instead of waiting to 2pm they still said i had to pay or leave when my check

good, had ac in room and fridge (also tv which i didn't use) has guest laundry and pool as (-) suggestion, updates on pool closures and and breakfast service would be appreciated (-)the pool was not in working condition and had not been in a very long time, (-)was construction going on the entrance by the pool didn't smell very good breakfast was advertised which consisted of coffee tv was sub standard (+)pool (-)mattresses and furniture thrown out around pool yard (-)butts, little tree car fresheners and miscellaneous other trash items were found floating in the pool

besides the slow elevators and not much parking everything is okay

charge for visitor n will change their visitor fee pet fee daily

pet fee was only $7

company and weren't informed of certain additional expenses (a deposit) and we requested to do early check in since we were driving 10 plus hours
