room looking out on grounds -brilliant service before arrival, organised an early check

the gym was adequate it could be bigger with more equipment

great size bedrooms very very comfortable loads of parking

lots of walks nearby, playground for the kids within walking distance and some nice local pubs

layout was good, food was excellent, assisted us with an early check in, staff and owners friendly and courteous

mix up on early check in, young lady on breakfast was so apologetic for the young mans mistake.

hotel was very accommodating with early check in and also arranging a ground floor room on the second night due to difficulty with

needed an early check in and they let us enter the room as soon as we arrived also the parking facilities was

arrived early 2pm but nobody was at the property to meet me

they accommodated an early check in as we were attending a wedding nearby and that was equally appreciated

downstairs, the bar and restaurant were spacious and beautifully decorated to enhance their traditional and genuine

felt very comfortable staying on my own, we were happy sitting in the bar together and chatting to other people

aperitif: the lillet served at the bar was a little tired.

but the food was great, lots of beer selections, the room was clean, warm and comfortable, free parking, quiet area

the room had everything you could reasonably expect such as good drinks making facilities, a tv, wifi, a wardrobe, a chair, very

amazing breakfast and an extremely kind owner!

the privately run pub has a small bar with some lovely beers and ales and friendly bar staff

property was as described and met our needs exactly, staff were very helpful with early check in which was a big help in preparing for the wedding we were

this time the night staff, a very nice gentleman, made our check in easy although the kids where tired after a long day of traveling

she went out of her way to get us early check in so we could change and make it to family function

location to reach burnham on sea, dog friendly and comfortable beds, love the bar to have a drink on the

liked everything but the only thing that could be improved is the free wifi
