had requested an early check in and they were able to make that happen even an hour earlier than what i had asked

the parking lot is configured so that you can see your car from your room

had to check out after i pay for a early check in fee instead of waiting to 2pm they still said i had to pay or leave when my check

besides the slow elevators and not much parking everything is okay

charged a security deposit and pet fee for a room that was already nasty

good, had ac in room and fridge (also tv which i didn't use) has guest laundry and pool as (-) suggestion, updates on pool closures and and breakfast service would be appreciated (-)the pool was not in working condition and had not been in a very long time, (-)was construction going on the entrance by the pool didn't smell very good breakfast was advertised which consisted of coffee tv was sub standard (+)pool (-)mattresses and furniture thrown out around pool yard (-)butts, little tree car fresheners and miscellaneous other trash items were found floating in the pool

reception was very high, the parking situation fine, and accessibility from the airport was great

staff allowed for early check in and check out, very helpful overall.

the indoor pool was great. beds were very comfy and the staff friendly.

very clean and comfy beds. breakfast was hot and very good.

price wasn't bad except the lady att the front desk charged me $29 for early check in even though i requested it on my reservation and wasn't charged for it at that time
