early check in was available

the pool was closed.the toilet was not bolted to the floor

was disappointed that it didn’t have an indoor pool and that was my fault for not checking better

very impressed with how clean it was - room, pool area, fitness center, breakfast area

they were able to accommodate our request for an early check in

the staff is always friendly the breakfast is not bad

let me do a early check in unless i went with a raised price and not be able to use my reservation which was

of the bed and how clean it was inside the rooms and the fact that they gave you an in house laundry facilities

i called the office that evening i was told i could exchange them in the morning at 10am when the laundry/ cleaning person arrives so we had to use the stained towels that night when i exchanged

loved the pool

otherwise, there is no pool or anything for kids
