excellent location. walking distance to wedding we were attending. allowed early check in too

stay, there was a storm when we arrived but staff were very accommodating and let us have a late check out no problem when our ferry was cancelled

liz and mark pulled out all the stops to allow me a very early check in to get ready for the wedding

we had no trouble parking right outside for free roadside parking

are fantastic and made us feel really welcome, lot's of local knowledge to assist us for car parking during armed forces day

hotel you can tell a lot of love and devotion has gone into everything, the rooms , dining area , bar and outside areas are quite exceptional

clean and comfortable, hosts pleasant liked adults only, we love our grandchildren children but nice to get away for a few

the breakfast bar was good and the hot entres were perfect

i chose this hotel because it had early check in and late check out

room and bathroom smelt of damp - needs a good clean and some painting - not nice to stay in with kids

my 7 year old kids and i all got stomach ache after eating hotel buffet

hotel bar was very expensive which just meant we went to another hotel for drinks & food

down side was a football presentation going on when we arrived and it was busy and raucous with kids

i wasn’t worried about the situation but as i say i wasn’t able to go to the room as it was early check in and we was attending a wedding near by so was not coming back till late

at the eagles for work as we were doing an early check in for a family in our holiday let the bridge cottage 9 bridge street which is

super friendly and allowed me an early check in

staff were kind enough to allow us an early check in, but it was always difficult to find staff - we never saw anyone at reception

no option of early check in even though hotel was not

they made us a special vegan breakfast and they got our room sorted for early check in 3 hours early

we asked for early check in as we arrived at 11:30 which was not allowed ultimately and the reason was that the

good in house bar and free off street parking

be ideal if breakfast could be started from 7:30 as often want to leave early for walks.

breakfast served was absolutely delicious

staff accommodated us with an early check in to use the onsite parking

the bar meals were great

the pool was a hit with the kids

everywhere was immaculate, and the pool and spa was a lovely space to unwind after a busy day
