very accommodating with an early check in
only thing that i found a problem was the pub was set out for eating only and there was only one bar fro you to sit and have a drink which was the public bar
just one problem they have set the bar very high for our next stop in wales
the two young ladies who ran the bar and dinner in the evening were excellent
very comfortable room, bar and restaurant lovely, staff friendly

bar manager ben clay was exceptional - very pleasant, polite and very good at his job - made us
very comfortable room, excellent price and a fantastic breakfast to top it off
keep the bar open till 1am instead of 12

the receptionist was extremely helpful and even managed to let us have an early check in, which was helpful
all the staff from reception to bar staff to restaurant staff were welcoming and helpful
room comfortable and spotless. bar staff attentive and restaurant/ food generally was excellent.
plenty of parking and great value for money
couldn t find the wifi - but it wasn t needed.

staff allowed us an early check in to help us get ready and attend a wedding in time
third time we stayed at the hotel for a weekend spacious bedroom size comfortable bed excellent breakfast and dinner meals brilliant time in the bar area in the
breakfast was delicious everything you could want was available we really enjoyed sitting in the bar with the open fire talking to other residents who has also had a lovely stay there
breakfast could have been a bit warmer

early check in weeks before the trip, arrived at the agreed time to be sat waiting outside over two
