special requests for slightly early check in

i had requested early check in if available and they were able to honor the request

to get a refund for an early check in after i saw guest checking in earlier on same day but was told by manager the only

staff was very accomodating in allowing us early check in

we also ordered room service and enjoyed our meal (the food came quickly which was great because my son was (*) from the front desk staff, housekeeping, breakfast buffet staff, lobby bartenders, to the room service from bistro 933, our stay was top notch (+)clean, great staff and room service delivery from the restaurant next door. (-), room service, etc (+) i loved that there was room service: i was really tired after driving all day and it was easy (*) first, there is no room service (+) the staff was very friendly and welcoming to me and my wife and the food we ordered through room service was pretty tasty (-)room service

didn’t eat the breakfast. staff at the front desk was so accommodating with an early check in.

the kitchenette would be great for a longer stay

full kitchen w a set of dishes, utensils, cooking utensils, cookware, etc

the breakfast was delicious
