first day went to the hotel for early check in with the letter i received from booking, the front staff member was not helpful thus

allowed early check in and it was clean and close to the parks and a bonus for us was the wawa out

so i thought i was going to be serviced and taken care of when i arrived early

the exterior door to the laundry/fitness area had a broken door handle and only 2 of the 4 washers and 2 of 4 dryers were

always tricky to open, bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, odor in the hallway heading to the gym, hallways were extra warm

vegetarian option in breakfast and social evenings, also i wish the pool was warmer and had more kids slide or something in pool

the pool was good, usually not many people out there so i had the whole pool area to myself

was fine, the room, the gym, pool, the free parking, the cleanliness (looks new) and the location were excellent

thay have shuttle buses to wdw and universal studios

are granted an early check in as our plane arrived early in the morning and we're invited to the breakfast

my kids socks were black from running around the room

we tried calling several times on saturday around 1pm to ask how we could use the laundry services

the property was clean and the staff was very attentive i even got an early check in
