we didn't know how to get ice, then when we went down to the bar they seemed super confused about why i needed ice but still provided it

we had requested an early check in and the staff was very accommodating. staff is friendly.

we had an early check in so we could park in the parking attached to hotel
kids eat free. great servers and good food
room spacious, nice shower size. restaurant bar area excellent & pool was well maintained.
noisy, other guests, canada customs kids in pool all bled through the walls
it was nice and convenient. my kids loved it. the pool was nice. there are stores all around

early check in was 2:55pm not impressed with that and the bed was so hard.

this past weekend i stayed and requested early check in and they made it happen even though they were swamped with getting rooms ready for
an early check in request, room was clean and comfortable
the pool is great
