staff v accommodating of early check in

the room was beautiful. we got an early check in by a lovely member of staff.

were gorgeous & larger than expected & the staff accommodated our very early check in request so we had time to get ready for the wedding we were attending that afternoon

had free parking it had a good bar with live music it had a off license beside it

there was a festival on at the time, we were grouped in and told we couldn t have early check in after a couple older than us beside us were offered it

nightmare never again and for 260 we asked for early check in got a late one got sick from food and 260 again i'll keep saying it 260

spacious room, the hotel also accommodated me for an early check in as i had my baby with me

partner and i requested an early check in on arrival as she was feeling unwell

parking at the rear,and situated perfect between carton house and the k club golf courses only 15 minutes

00 am and room service before that was not an option

the hotel has ample parking and has fast wifi

we weren't given parking directions via the reservation confirmation.

the building was lovely, free parking right outside no long walks great security inside, no noise from other rooms

couldn t have done any more for us, we came the night after our wedding and they facilitated early check in and gave us a complimentary drink and dessert

grand except for room service breakfast which was served cold, with 1knife between 2and no

breakfast was amazing.the meal 8n kathleen's kitchen was excellent.luxary all the way!

despite the golf competition the atmosphere was relaxed & in fact we used our complimentary tickets to watch a

room service dropped off a lovely surprise of chocolates for a birthday celebration
