requested an early check in and we were able to get settled early into our room

kitchenette had a broken sink, no kettle, no coffee maker

spa was nice but should have been open all day

no coffee maker, no alarm clock, spa didn't open until 3 pm

times over the phone, unfriendly, staff entered our room unannounced several times, hottub and spa very poor

nothing was a problem from an early check in to a late check out

clean, kindest owners, location, pool!

front desk person had 2-3 kids w/her and was highly distracted and not so helpful no gym as advertised no milk alternative avail @

swimming pool was a little cold, and the outside hot tub was full of leaves.

pet fee is only charged once not daily

perfect location. spa was excellent.

plus full kitchen and living room to chill and unwind after long hikes

early check in was honored and was ready at 11 instead of the usual 4pm without charging me extra

pool was down while we were there but we don't normally swim in the ski season, only hot tub

free shuttle to town if needed but close enough to walk

the kids enjoyed using the pool table and shuffleboard games at the office
