we were allowed an early check in and any time we had any questions i was able to text the front desk

right next to lydgate pools for some decent snorkeling and safe swimming, especially if you have kids with you

food at the restaurant was decent and very easy with the kids

we enjoyed the pools and hot tub, the gym, the tiki bar (expensive but tasty drinks and food) and the general ambience of the hotel

and the tiki bar was so much fun

the room we were given due to early check in did not have a great garden view

beach out front is for strong swimmers only but there is a lovely little sheltered cove for kids a short walk away

unfortunately it also comes with the noise of the bar and restaurant until around 10:30 so you can't leave the door on the lanai open to listen to

they were able to accommodate an early check in and late checkout

loved the rooms and the pool and the beautiful grounds we'll be back!!

the lazy river and water slides are great for kids

the kitchen cabinets need some tlc, but they had all the accessories we needed in the kitchen
