staff went out of the way to accommodate my request for early check in

very few parking, no breakfast, no swimming pool.

shops, restaurants and banks right on your doorstep but the hotel bar is good and the restaurant is

friendly on site bar with good beer

we checked in late around 10 pm so the front desk guy even gave us an option of late check out

we were very lucky and got a really early check in at 7 am, so we could enjoy our stay since arrival to jasper

early check in was a big bonus, staff very helpful and friendly, room facilities good for an

my daughter and i arrived in jasper at 10am when we went to the hotel to ask about an early check in

the kitchen and living room was great

we really enjoyed the real fire places and that our kids had their own space

was told no early check in then got early check in noise carried easily from room upstairs

front desk staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to get us a room for an early check in

found the tonquin inn excellent, afforded us early check in, convenient parking to our room

they also allowed early check in

arrived at 1:30 just to see if early check in was available, it was not but the girl at the counter called housekeeping and asked

staff was very kind and accommodated us with early check in

the property was great. the only little thing was the wifi would sometimes drop out at night.

pool and hot tub was really nice and clean

room had a little kitchen with fridge, microwave and sink

food was pretty good parking available close to the room sms check ins and hosting easy check out early check in

good breakfast buffet, active kids lounge, beautiful location, herds of elk roaming around

comfortable , the use of the resort fee for the pedal boat rental is good worth doing, good pool, gym sauna etc

offered courtesy valet parking because our room doesn't have a parking spot nearby
