great restaurants, early check in

pool is amazing and the food in the restaurant was amazing

love the lack of room service and limited hours in the dining locations

we requested an early check in and although it was just a request and not a requirement, they upgraded our room

was a super slow day, place was practically empty, we were put in the ground floor next to the laundry and vending machines

i was told i needed to return at 3pm but when i explained i had asked for the possibility of early check in on my booking

our room was next to the spa and you could hear the door closing late in the evening

the kids seemed fine, but my eyes hurt and i didn't feel well after

the pool and spa were great.
