we were lucky to have an early check in (not always possible, so don't expect) and the staff was super kind
it included all you would expect from a no-frills motel and more including reliable free wifi
staff were lovely, ample parking, walking distance to amenities, pubs, food, shops
the room warmed up for me when i arrived on a cold snowy night, and were busy shovelling their parking lot so that there was room to park vehicles
basic but clean and comfortable with excellent parking and friendly staff

we were afforded an early check in and the room was super clean
comfortable beds, great design (i loved the curtain to seperate the room), nice kitchenette, decent choice of breakfast (with real plates and kuttlery
it really made things easier with 3 kids in the room
i liked the breakfast and which to come back anytime i'm in the area
have several ev charging parking spots

they allowed for an early check in as we were attending a wedding and accommodated that request.
