needed an early check in at 8:00 am as i had several meetings around houston , called the evening before, and

early check in. and i was upgraded.

i had requested an early check in 5 hrs upon arrival

was well-kept, affordable at a really difficult time (hurricane ida evacuees), with no pet fee

the pool wasn't open and the kids wanted to go swimming

was a great place to take the kids and let them play in the indoor pool and hot tub

everything. the inside pool was at plus.

it is convenient, cost effective, clean, provides breakfast, cosy and the poeple are welcoming

staff accommodated early check in, appreciated that greatly, thank you

everything very respectful staff. accommodated my kids and my self to what we needed

breakfast was outstanding with a variety breakfast items to choose from

the breakfast was great. so happy they had a guest laundry and fitness room.

with mr tree had us already feeling welcomed and he went out his way to make sure myself and kids would be comfortable thanks again

hotel was brand new and very clean. staff was friendly, breakfast delicious, sparkling pool.

kids enjoyed their time, and the location allowed us to move around the attraction easily

felt as though asking for towels for the pool was an inconvenience for him

we arrived earlier than expected, and the lady at the front was able to accommodate us with an early check in at 11 am

didn’t like the fact that i had 2 kids and a baby with me and the elevator was broken and had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs

the breakfast could of had more selection

hotel, friendly staff swimming pool open( big ✔️) rooms smell good, clean

for the price it was excellent and the breakfast was good
