i really liked the onsite restaurant and the local breakfast with amazing fruit that was included in the meal

accommodating, we needed an early check in and airport shuttle early the next morning and they made it

was disappointing that when i asked for an early check in by just an hour they could not accommodate

arrived early unexpectedly and a room was found for us even without a requested early check

and helped me get a room prepared for an early check in after an early arrival

had called previously to arrange an early check in, and were told this would not be a problem and our room would be ready

they allowed me furthermore early check in at 10 am, which was wonderful upon an early arrival in san jose

like that, the place looks old and tiny, first day was cramped, breakfast area is really small, pool was closed without notice so we couldn’t use it, and the restaurant prices are way higher so
