very clean, accommodating upon early check in and late check out-

the front desk to the pool , everything was great

i loved that they accommodated us in early check in and late check out

major, but for the amount we spent for one night stay it was disappointing to not get the early check in that was approved when we made the room reservation

they did manage to get us an early check in, which we needed since we had an event

we did not use the pool or the sauna and steam room

i had to call to get fixed-they did but was annoying my kids couldn’t watch

front desk ladies were so helpful and we were able to get early check in for 3 rooms

allowed us early check in and late check out which was amazing

they helped me with special requests, navigating an early check in and showing my new sweetie a lovely time

did allow early check in, but reason wanted to check early was to use outdoor pool

dislikes but it would be nice if the kitchen had some baking utensil tools but other than that it was great
