staff was friendly allowed early check in without hassle

early check in 3 days before christmas

the only thing i thought kinda sucked was there s not enough parking.

also we were waken up in the middle of the night by false fire alarm and had to rush with kids down the stairs to the parking lot

there was a small gym with two treadmills

wifi was very spotty - had phoned previously to request a ground floor room - it was confirmed to

early check in was convenient.

were next to the laundry room, so it was a bit noisy at times

the laundry room was ok.

were holes in the wall, pool but wasn’t open, and the front desk staff that checked me in was a bit rude

they kept laundry room open late for us so we could get ours done after a long road trip

been able to get early check in and outs with no problems or fees

i got there way too early, she recommended a place to go have lunch while arranging a possible early check in for me

check in is a negative even if you request an early check in, they cant guarentee it

clean, comfy beds, easy access pool, full complementary breakfast, and friendly staff at a decent price
