the location was good and easy to find bar/cafeteria downstairs allowed early check in

the bar downstairs is good

noted by other people, the room was passable but the downstairs bar is appalling

the cleaning girl was very apologetic but when i explained what had happened to the staff at the bar they said i should have asked for a mop and bucket

one of our party was unwell and the hotel accommodated an early check in

laundry facilities were a bonus

i asked for a late check out which wasn't possible but i was offered great, sensible and useful alternatives

no price list for laundry.

there are coin operated laundry machines in the building next door that hotel guests are permitted to use

the early check in option went well.

there was also spa facilities and a restaurant/ bar in the hotel which we didn't try, though i'm sure they are handy for visitors staying longer

this was fine since our kids were older so we put them in 1 room

of the old town, less than 5 minutes walk to the aqueduct and the alcazar, out of season the bar is closed and the restaurant is only open for breakfast, however there are good places for

was understaffed, we wanted to use the spa but impossible to make a reservation, no body picking up spa

the spa didnt have space available and needs to be cozier and the breakfast was already closing the

gym needed 2 of each cardio since people who were on them stayed on for over an hour & i couldn't

we were on the fourth floor, facing out towards the pool, and we quite literally never heard a sound, even during the day, when the pool was being used
